What is the recovery from EMSculpt®?Slim Studio

There is no recovery or downtime associated with the EMSculpt® treatment. You may feel sore for a day or so after the treatment like you would from an intense workout. You won’t be sore enough for any interference in your daily activities – it’s a good sore! Your muscles need to recover to build just like they do with weight-bearing exercises, so we schedule sessions with at least one day between treatments.
