Coolscuplting Treatment Areas
Despite a good diet and regular exercise, many of us have stubborn areas of fat deposits that seem consistently resistant to diet and exercise. These stubborn bulges or fat deposits may be treatable with CoolSculpting.
CoolSculpting is FDA cleared to treat specific areas of the body and you could be a good candidate for CoolSculpting if your areas of concern are any of the approved areas for treatment.

Coolscuplting is Ideal For…
Abdomen & Flanks

- Abdomen – The abdomen is the most sought-after treatment area of CoolSculpting. This is an area that fat tends to collect on all of us, and CoolSculpting can help decrease the fat layer of the abdomen. We segment the abdomen into two areas: the lower and the upper abdomen. We can CoolSculpt the lower abdomen only, the upper abdomen only, or both. During your assessment at Slim Studio, the best treatment plan will be created for your individual concerns.
- Flanks – The area of the mid-section, commonly referred to as “love handles” on men or “muffin tops” on women is called the flanks. Some individuals fat deposit is primarily in the back above the hips; this area is referred to as the “posterior flanks.” The area that is on the front and/or side of the mid-section is referred to as the “anterior flanks.” We can treat anterior flanks or posterior flanks or both. At Slim Studio Atlanta, the best treatment for this area of the body will be determined during your consultation and assessment.

Inner & Outer Thighs

- Inner Thighs- A very common treatment area for women are the upper inner thighs. Even slight bulges between the legs can be of concern for many women. CoolSculpting can be very effective in reducing the fat layer of the upper leg, improving the overall appearance of your legs.
- Outer Thighs- Stubborn fat deposits on the outer thighs are extremely difficult to reduce with diet and exercise. The outer thighs are FDA cleared for Coolsculpting treatment. If both outer and inner thighs are a concern for you, treating both areas can circumferentially reduce the thighs. Inner and outer thighs can be treated simultaneously at Slim Studio by using DualSculpting, which will reduce your treatment time in half.

Arms & Bra Line

- Arms- With the introduction of the new “Petite Advantage” Coolsculpting applicator, the FDA has now approved the Arms for Coolsculpting treatment. Bulges under the upper arm can now be reduced with one or two treatments depending on your anatomy.
- Bra Line- If bulges around the bra line are troubling you, you may be able to have this area addressed with Coolsculpting as the FDA has recently cleared this area for treatment.

Chin & Knees

- Chin- If excess fat under your chin is a concern, this area may be reduced with Coolsculpting’s fat-freezing technology. The new Cool Mini Coolsculpting applicator’s size and shape is specifically designed to fit underneath the chin. Although designed for the chin, the Cool Mini is also perfect for targeting smaller areas such as the knees and the axillary pillows also known as “Cami-fat.”
- Knee- Fat deposits around the knee area are extremely difficult to reduce with diet and exercise. Luckily, the FDA has also recently cleared this area for Coolsculpting treatment.
