Here’s 10 tips that you can add to your day to help your results with Coolsculpting:

  1. Increase your minutes of daily exercise
  2. Make better and more healthy food choices (sorry no donuts!)
  3. Take the steps, not the elevator
  4. Massage the area treated vigorously for 5-10 minutes, 3 times a day for the first week after treatment
  5. Cut back on sugar and starchy foods
  6. Get more sleep
  7. Drink 8 oz of water with lemon first thing in the morning
  8. Cook dinner instead of eating out
  9. Lift small weights while watching TV
  10. Walk the dog more
